'Brass Etc.' & 'Whirlwinds' Benefit Concert

The Whirlwinds and the Brass Etc quintets performed a benefit concert on August 30, 2009, to help advance the restoration effort of St. Rose. The intimate setting and acoustics of St. Rose made the concert a uniquely rich and enjoyable experience.  The 'Friends of St. Rose' thank the quintets for sharing their passion for music with the audience for the benefit of the restoration. 

On Sunday, December 20th, 2009, 2:00pm we honor the Irish pioneers who built St. Rose and celebrate the restoration of this historic church. This simple gathering once again fills the dark, frosty corners of St. Rose with warm candle light, human voices, music, and the spirit of renewal.   Please join us as we celebrate the 131st Anniversary of the first mass held inside St. Rose in 1878.

5th Annual Ice Cream Social 

Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and sweet tooth to spend some time getting to know the growing number of supporters known as the Friends of St. Rose.   Mark your  calendar and plan to join us for a lazy afternoon this summer.  Come see the latest progress.  A dessert to pass would be appreciated.
